Herbs & the Digestive System

    In this 1.5 hour free zoom class we will talk about  all things digestion. We will have an overview of how this system works, what it means to truly nourish ourselves as well as some guiding principles for spring cleaning. We will focus on:

 

~Eating seasonally.

~Herbs to support digestion & cleansing.

~Rituals during for the change of seasons. 

~Recipe Booklet.

~Gentle protocols to follow.

These guidelines are given  before the spring equinox to allow the body time to gently transition into the spring.
